Baterbys Art Gallery is having our official Grand Opening in our new Winter Park Village location on January 17, 2014 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. At Baterbys we not only strive to add the beauty of art to our community, we also find it our passion to raise money during our events for local charities in Central Florida. We are beyond happy to announce that The Assistance Fund will be the benefactor during our Grand Opening event. Baterbys has been working closely with The Assistance fund over the last two years, hosting the live auction during their annual Carnavalia “A Celebration of Life” event. Last year alone over $300,000 was raised for this amazing and inspiring organization!
Who is the Assistance Fund? They are a non-profit organization that provides critically or chronically ill individuals with the financial assistance they need in order to receive their life-saving medications.
How can you help? Come out to Baterbys Grand Opening and donate to this charitable organization! This is a free event; all donations and 10% of sales made that evening will go to supporting The Assistance Fund. There will be three raffles which giveaways include: Art Works, Gift Cards and Assistance Fund memorabilia!
